Email strategy holds immense importance when it comes to building and engaging your community. It enables businesses to nurture and engage with their audience on a personal level. I use Asana to create Quarterly and Yearly email calendars and my own brief template to plan design, UTM tracking, content, linking strategy, and any content creation and curation deemed necessary.
I worked on creative strategy and briefing for 17+ million global contacts at Honey, 300+ million global contacts at PayPal, and upwards of 40+ million contacts at the Fandango brands. I have ideated campaigns from start to finish, ensuring copy and promotions are optimized for the best possible user experience for every campaign.

Over one year, I was able to increase the Open Rate of PayPal emails by 14% and the CTR by 7%.

Crafted a weekly newsletter from start to finish for the Honey brand and customer by curating valuable content, crafting engaging messages, and designing visually appealing layouts to inform and engage subscribers of the Honey browser extension. Similarly, launched product emails focuses on promoting specific offerings such as Cash Back and Honey Gold, driving conversions, and nurturing customer relationships through targeted and personalized email campaigns and testing SL’s and PH’s. Weekly emails went out to 20+ million contacts. My team helped to grow the open rate 21% and increate CTR by 16%, increasing overall AOV and Affiliate market value.
